Productions must spend a minimum of AU$100,000 Qualifying Regional Victorian Expenditure, and film and accommodate the crew in the regional location for at least five nights.
Projects must demonstrate genuine marketplace interest for commercial release or distribution and engage screen industry practitioners who are Victorian residents.

The Indian Cinema Attraction Fund (ICAF) offers grants to attract screen projects from India to undertake production, or both production and post-production, in Victoria.
The minimum Qualifying Victorian Expenditure is AU$700,000.
Applicants must have produced at least 10 feature films, each of which have been exhibited on a minimum of 1,000 screens in India. Please refer to the guidelines for further eligibility requirements.
