GRANTS OFFICER

We're looking for a Grants Officer to join us! Reporting to the Team Leader, Grants Administration, the Grants Officer is an organised and enthusiastic doer. You will enable grants systems and processes to provide end-to-end funding administration – from application through project delivery to final acquittal.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

You are an administration pro with the ability to keep governance protocols and standards at the forefront of your mind whilst you navigate your way through a range of grant applications. You have developed client liaison skills and the ability to convey policies and governance requirements clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Experience: Tertiary qualified, you will have hands on experience within a grants office environment working with ease in administration, system, policies and governance.
  • Tech know-how: You know your way around business systems and are curious and motivated to keep learning more about technology that supports your work. 
  • Energy: Your motivation and initiative are demonstrated in everything you do, and you will be a valued behind-the-scenes team member.

DATA ANALYST

Love data? We're looking for a suitably experienced Data Analyst to join us for the ride in this new role within the Strategy and Performance team. Help strengthen our approach to policy design and organisational and industry performance reporting, through strategic, data-driven, and integrated processes.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

You will use your strong grasp of all things data, modelling, and analyses to develop and manage VicScreen's analytics, insights and reporting capability, and use your strong technical data analysis and high-level reporting skills to demonstrate the impact of VicScreen and the value of the Victorian screen economy. 

  • Experience: Tertiary qualified in data or business analytics, you will have worked in a hands-on, analytics and insights role where you produced visually attractive and meaningful reports, insights and presentations.
  • Tech know-how: You are an Excel whiz, and a superuser of data visualisation software (Power BI or similar).  Oh, and you will probably be familiar with programs including SPSS, Python or R. 
  • Energy: Your unfakeable enthusiasm for all things data drives you to deliver quality user experiences – day-in, day-out

BUSINESS ANALYST

We're seeking a Business Analyst to join us in this fixed term role. Working alongside the IT Project Manager, you will have a genuine opportunity to be an agent of change and create true business impact within the diverse ecosystem of VicScreen.

  • Experience: Tertiary qualified, you will have hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, working to identify and validate business requirements, stakeholder engagement and project delivery from inception to delivery.
  • Tech know-how: You know your way around business systems and are an expert in the use of tools used to effectively map processes, document requirements and present information.
  • Energy: Your motivation and initiative are demonstrated in everything you do, and you will be a valued behind-the-scenes team member.

PROJECT MANAGER

VicScreen is entering an exciting new chapter. We're looking for an IT Project Manager to join us for the ride in this fixed term role. The Project Manager will effectively lead and manage projects and initiatives that bring VicScreen's Information Technology Plan to life.  

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

You're a confident, collaborative and outcomes-focused Project Manager. With an appetite for creating and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, you will apply your experience in agile and traditional project management principles to plan, define and deliver projects and initiatives impacting internal business units, external stakeholders and VicScreen clients.

  • Experience: You'll have a Project Management qualification, with a Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or Information Technology desirable. A strong communicator with experience in Project Management from inception to delivery, you're confident in connecting with a range of business partners and third-party providers to successfully implement change across the organisation.
  • Tech know-how: You know your way around business systems and are an expert in the use of tools used to effectively manage and track projects progress against scope, budget and time.
  • Energy: Your motivation and initiative are demonstrated in everything you do, and you will be a valued behind-the-scenes team member.
