GRANTS OFFICER

We're looking for a Grants Officer to join us for the ride in this fixed term role until 25 July 2025. Reporting to the Coordinator, Grant Operations, the Grants Officer is an organised and enthusiastic doer. You will enable grants systems and processes to provide end-to-end funding administration – from application through project delivery to final acquittal.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
You are an administration pro with the ability to keep governance protocols and standards at the forefront of your mind whilst you navigate your way through a range of grant applications. You have developed client liaison skills and the ability to convey policies and governance requirements clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Experience: Tertiary qualified, you will have hands on experience within a grants office environment working with ease in administration, system, policies and governance.
• Tech know-how: You know your way around business systems and are curious and motivated to keep learning more about technology that supports your work. 
• Energy: Your motivation and initiative are demonstrated in everything you do, and you will be a valued behind the scenes team member.
