LOCATION RESOURCES OFFICER

We're looking for a Location Resources Officer to join us for the ride in this 4-month, fixed term role. Reporting to the Production Support and Engagement Coordinator, the Location Resources Officer supports, maintains, and manages all specialist tools and technology for the Production Support team. You'll also manage and maintain locations content and information across the customized databases.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING 

You're organised, tech savvy and a born communicator. Working behind the scenes you make sure that information on Victorian locations is available, current and close at hand. The information and images you coordinate are essential to attracting and supporting local, national and international screen productions.

  • Experience: An accomplished administrator, you are super organised and confident with systems and processes. You have dynamic interpersonal skills and are always ready to develop key relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Your knowledge of Victorian locations allows you to visualise the perfect site for film or television production.  
  • Tech know-how: A systems pro, you've worked with image databases, AV equipment (e.g., still cameras) and image editing software.  You'll know your way around a variety of software packages including Website CMS (e.g., Expression Engine) and Content Manager (or other records management systems).
  • Energy: Your unfakeable enthusiasm for all things screen drives you to deliver quality client services – day-in, day-out.

INCENTIVES OFFICER

We're looking for an Incentives Officer to join us for the ride in this fixed term, 6-month role. Reporting to the Incentives Coordinator, the Incentives Officer assists with the delivery of the programs and initiatives that make Victoria an attractive screen destination.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

You're equipped with a passion for the screen industry and are detail orientated, which will empower you in administering programs and initiatives. Technically astute, you are comfortable with systems and have supreme organisational skills. You are adaptable to a range of workstyles and preferences which enables you to work collaboratively and cohesively within and across teams.

  • Experience: Experience in arts or grants administration will be highly regarded. 
  • Planning and Organisation: You are considered and methodical in your planning, you know how to use key systems that will help plan and navigate you through your varied day.
  • Energy: Your motivation and initiative are demonstrated in everything you do, and you will be a valued behind the scenes team member.

GRANTS OFFICER

We're looking for a Grants Officer to join us for the ride in this ongoing role. Reporting to the Team Leader, Grants Administration, the Grants Officer is an organised and enthusiastic doer. You will enable grants systems and processes to provide end-to-end funding administration – from application through project delivery to final acquittal.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING 

You are an administration pro with the ability to keep governance protocols and standards at the forefront of your mind whilst you navigate your way through a range of grant applications. You have developed client liaison skills and the ability to convey policies and governance requirements clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Experience: Tertiary qualified, you will have hands on experience within a grants office environment working with ease in administration, system, policies and governance.
  • Tech know-how: You know your way around business systems and are curious and motivated to keep learning more about technology that supports your work. 
  • Energy: Your motivation and initiative are demonstrated in everything you do, and you will be a valued behind the scenes team member.
