Her work as course convenor with Dr David Court and Sue Maslin at Compton School (Australia’s first business school for the creative industries, and time sitting on the boards of both WIFT Victoria and WIFT Australia, gave her the insight into a huge gap in the market: the space in which artists put their creative talents onto creating a sustainable, successful, healthy creative life. This led to Andrea becoming a certified personal and professional coach, facilitator and speaker. She now supports screen professionals as a mentor and consultant, and spends most of her time coaching creatives to maximise their potential, and live a good life.
