VicScreen is the Victorian Government’s creative and economic screen development agency. Behind the scenes, supporting professionals, infrastructure, projects and events – elevating Victoria as a global screen destination. 


We're looking for an Incentives Coordinator to join us for the ride in this 12-month fixed term role.

VicScreen's Incentives Coordinator helps attract screen production from around the world to Victoria by assisting to deliver competitive incentive programs. Reporting to the Head of Incentives & Production Support, you'll oversee the delivery of the Victorian Screen Incentive and other programs, helping attract new business to solidify Victoria as a global screen destination.


You're an organised facilitator and star team player. You'll use your screen industry knowledge to support the Incentives team to coordinate and assist in the assessment of applications to the Victorian Digital Screen Rebate and other VicScreen programs as required. You'll also have a supreme ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with industry and within VicScreen. You're equipped with the perfect balance of interpersonal and analytical skills as well as;

  • Experience: Sound knowledge of the Australian screen industry required with digital games sector knowledge and experience highly regarded. Tertiary qualification in related field will also be highly regarded.
  • Tech know-how: You know your way around business systems and are curious and motivated to keep learning more about technology that supports your work. You'll also have demonstrated experience using content management systems such as Content Manager and contract management systems.
  • Energy: Your unfakeable enthusiasm for all things screen drives you to deliver quality client services – day-in, day-out
