Sacha brings more than 20 years’ experience in Australia’s screen sector, shaping high‑quality content outcomes through content commissioning, development and production leadership at the ABC as Head of Production and Head of Content Investment & Policy.
Beginning her career in hands‑on production roles, she brings a deep understanding of the craft and the realities of making great screen content.
As a senior executive, she has built deep partnerships with industry, government and cultural institutions, delivering initiatives that strengthen skills, talent pathways and sustainable growth across the screen ecosystem.
Sacha led major strategic and policy projects, from DEI frameworks to sustainability in production, she has championed programs that support career development for creatives, and has advised on industry regulation reform.
Now, as Director, Content & Talent at VicScreen, she leads the agency’s work in developing Victorian talent, investing in local stories, and driving innovation and opportunity across the state’s broader screen industry.
