The 2015 AACTA Awards have been run and won - congratulations to the Film Victoria supported projects who were well represented among the nominees.

The Dressmaker was among those topping the list winning four awards.

Kate Winslet won Best Lead Actress while Hugo Weaving and Judy Davis won for their supporting roles in the film that is still enjoying a sensational run at the Australian box office.

Filmed in Victoria, The Dressmaker also won People’s Choice Award for Favourite Australian Film. Congratulations to Jocelyn Moorhouse, Sue Maslin and the incredible cast and crew on their awards.

In television, Glitch won Best Television Drama Series. The six-part drama series premiered earlier this year and was supported through our Victorian Drama and Comedy Initiative in partnership with the ABC.
