Jarrod Boord

Career Summary

Jarrod's passion for wildlife photography started when he as 12 years old. His father gave him a Pentax 1000 camera and he instantly fell in love with photography. Since that time his focus has moved to film-making and has won multiple awards including the St.Kilda Film Festival for best documentary and traveled to Austin Texas and New York to screen his films. His wildlife cinematography has been used by National Geographic Channel and multiple major network to showcase Victorias underwater world. His works recently traveled to new york with tourism Australia to promote Southern Australian waters and tourism. Jarrod's passion and commitment to filming the environment helps others to see what beauty lies in their backyard. Jarrod graduated his degree in Outdoor Education in 2003 and Graduate Diploma of Education in 2013.
