We recommend submissions are completed using a laptop or desktop. My VicScreen is accessible on all modern browsers.
Once signed into My VicScreen, you can update your account details including identity, professional information, address, screen categories, demographics, credits, and organisations by clicking your name in the top-right corner and selecting My Profile. From there, make your changes and click Save to ensure your account remains accurate and up to date.
After creating or signing into your My VicScreen account, the Apply for Funding screen lists all active funding rounds you’re eligible for, along with the program’s name, a brief description, and closing date. To begin a new grant application, click Select next to your chosen round.
Yes, you can save your application at any time by selecting Save as Draft and return to it later. When you’re ready to continue, go to My Applications to view all your applications including drafts, submitted, withdrawn, and expired. From Draft Applications, simply select your application to pick up where you left off. Your application will remain as a draft until submitted. We suggest frequently saving your application to avoid losing any information.
You’ll be prompted to upload supporting documents at various stages of your application. When prompted, click the Select File button, choose the file from its location and click Open or drag and drop your file directly into your application.
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email once your application has been successfully submitted. To view your submitted applications, go to My Applications and select Submitted Applications. There, you can see each application’s status, submission date, and requested amount.

Yes, blank application forms can be previewed by downloading a PDF copy from the Funding & Support page on the VicScreen website.
No, you can’t download a PDF copy of your application, but you can view your completed application from My Applications > Submitted Applications.
Yes, you can withdraw draft or submitted applications. From My Applications, select and open the application from either Draft Applications or Submitted Applications and click Withdraw. The application will be visible from Withdrawn Applications to help you track and manage your funding submissions.

If your contract was signed after 27 July 2026, you will be able to download a copy of your contract. Go to My Contracts > Contracts. From this section, you can also see an overview of your current and past agreements, including their start and end dates, contract amounts, and status.
Acquittal reports required under your contract will appear under My Contracts > All Milestone Deliverables. From Pending Milestone Deliverables select the acquittal to begin your report.
Yes, you can save your acquittal report at any time by selecting Save as Draft and return to it later. When you’re ready to continue with your report, go to My Contracts > All Milestone Deliverables > Pending Milestone Deliverables, select your draft acquittal report to pick up where you left off. Your acquittal report will remain as a draft until submitted.
No, you will not receive a confirmation email once your acquittal report has been submitted, however, you can view all your submitted acquittal reports from My Contracts > All Milestone Deliverables and select Submitted Milestone Deliverables.
No, an acquittal report cannot be edited once submitted.
